How is the guide service paid?
You can pay us directly on the day of the guide service or by advanced bank transfer to the following bank account details: IL PAPAVERO SOC. What time does the tour start?
On half-day tours in the morning we can start from 9.00 to 10.30 (to finish no later than 1.30pm) and in the afternoon we not start before 2.00pm. On a full day tour the guide is at your disposal all day so the hours are more flexible, according with the opening hours of the monuments
Will you tell me immediately the name and mobile phone number of the guide?
To avoid last minute changes and thus guarantee a better service, we establish the name of the guide only a day or two before. In case of emergency you can still contact our emergency number: +39 339 4040578..
How many people can a group be composed of?
From 1 person to 30/40 people is enough one guide, forlarger groups we recommend the reservation of 2 guides or at least the use of headset to avoid that part of the group does not hear the explanations of the guide and make the visit more enjoyable.
Will the guide have a microphone?
If you want the guide to have the microphone specify it in your request as not all guides use it. Also keep in mind that the microphone can only be used outdoors and therefore not in all internal explanations (churches, museums, etc.). For large groups we recommend 2 guides or the use of headset.
Is it possible to rent the headset?

Can I take pictures in the monuments?
Each monument has its own rules, the guide will inform you during the tour.
Are pets allowed?
In most monuments it is forbidden to bring animals or even leave them at the entrance.
